Abstract :
As a kind of green concrete, Environmental Friendly Reactive Powder Concrete(EFRPC) doped with metakaolin and mineral powder exhibited ultra-high strength and high durability. In this paper, the mechanical properties, chloride penetration resistance and fatigue durability of EFRPC were tested. Based on the test results, the structural members of normal concrete(NC) and EFRPC were designed respectively. The results show that EFRPC numbers possesses more slim section and less steel bars than NC numbers under the same capacity. In the end, the economical efficiency of using of the EFRPC structure was studied by performance price ratio which consider in strengthen, durability and ecological performance.
