Abstract :
An improved algorithm is proposed by scheduling between generalized predictive control (GPC) and modified EFCI which enhances the stability and robustness of closed-loop systems, and realizes the fairness of bandwidth allocation. Simulation results show that the presented scheme has better transient and steady performance, robustness as well as fairness comparing with ERICA and DPDC algorithm.
