Abstract :
Glucose water solutions of wide concentration range were studied. The measurement were made using spectrophotometric and polarizational methods at the temperature 300 K. The investigation resulted in revealing some anomalies in Bio´s Law and theoretical establishing the temporal dependence of the polarization plane rotation angle in optically active medium, which duly corresponds to the data obtained experimentally
