Abstract :
This paper, using the normalized coprime factors of finite-dimensional systems in the L2 setting, gives the normalized coprime factors of infinite-dimensional causal strictly proper input delay systems. Using generalized inverse matrices theory, the paper shows the Bezout factors of the systems in question, and gives the procedure and algorithms for the design of the L1 -optimal robust stabilization controllers.
