Abstract :
Use PRO-E to establish the three-dimensional solid model of a concrete pump boom system under level conditions, and combine with ANSYS and ADAMS to constitute the rigid and flexible boom model of the truck-mounted concrete pump. Analyze the harmonic response by ADAMS/Vibration module to get the intrinsic frequency distribution and activity condition; analyze displacement and acceleration curves of all test points. Compared with the traditional method of ANSYS model analysis, the paper reflects the vibration performance of the boom system more accurately and specifically, which provides a more practical analytic approach for vibration analysis of concrete pump boom system.
