Abstract :
Deal with the definition of gear torsional mesh stiffness, the hub torsional deformation, tooth bending deformation and tooth surface contact deformation are computed under different torque, the torsional mesh stiffness is gained by the torsional angle deformation of gear pitch circle, the torsional mesh stiffness of single tooth and double teeth are compared, and the Fluctuation of stiffness under different torque are compared also, the result is used for researching on the gear internal incentive.
