Abstract :
There are several reasons for appearance of free charges in dielectric liquids. This fact complicates interpretation of experimental facts. Numerical simulation permits to solve the problem by studying electrohydrodynamic (EHD) flows with different reasons of creating of free charges. There is hope that the unipolar injection mechanism permits to explain main features of EHD flows in closed cavities. In the paper we present investigations of flows of a viscous dielectric liquid in a cylindrical cavity subjected to the unipolar injection
