Abstract :
The study of automanagement teams is of vital importance in the organizational and global actual context, and foresees that in the future most of the organizations will work integrally with the automanagement teams. This study relates the capabilities of the teams (technical abilities, empowerment, knowledge, etc.), the organizational characteristics of Mintzberg or liner variable (coordination mechanism, formalization and decentralization degree, expertise, technology, integration, communication, training, environment, involvement, patronization, generical, functional and quality/action abilities) and the competitive performances (flexibility, quality, cost, productivity, time, innovation)
