Abstract :
The finite element (FE) model updating is an important method to accurate FE modeling for dynamic analysis of practical engineering structure. In this paper, a model updating method programmed by DMAP which is the secondary development language of the MSC. Nastran, realized the seamless connection of the updating method and the FE analysis software, and applied to a missile cabin structure based on the test data, for getting an accurate FE model. The results shows that the updated FE model is improved considerably, the analytical nature frequency is very close to the test value, and frequency response is also improved, which satisfies the engineering practical demand.
