Abstract :
Summary form only given. A comparison method is used in this paper to research the R&D fund resource deployment in Guangdong province, China in the 1990s. The system reform began to take place in the end of 1970s in the province. However, reform of science and technology (S&T) system was somehow lagging behind, so research on R&D fund resources in the 1990s in the Guangdong province well reflects the character of the transition of the S&T system from a planning economy to a market economy in this province
