Abstract :
The performance of a valve is the key factor which results in control accuracy, stability and fast response. And it is restricted to be applied in bigger power control system by the conflict between high-speed response and big discharge. This article mainly researches a new hollow-style high speed on-off valve by experiments. The research subjects involve orthogonal experimental design and characteristic tests. The result shows that the discharge of the valve can achieve 22.45 l/min, and the on/off time is within 10ms. At the same time, the hollow-style configuration of the valve core reduced its mass, so that it can promote stability and Rapidity under run condition.
