  • Abstract
Summary form only given. A discussion is presented in very broad terms of the formulas that are used to transform fields and sources from one frame to another. The resulting ´frame hopping´ technique is fundamental for the solution of problems in practice together with the ´instantaneous rest frame´ hypothesis, which concerns constitutive equations and boundary conditions. A few typical applications are discussed.<>
