Abstract :
This paper introduces the independent innovation research fund management system of the key university, and analyzes the problems and difficulties during the development process in terms of web server performance utilization and software architecture. A solution to improve the performance of a web server by means of software realization is proposed in the reseach. A load balance technology based on software realization is adopted according to the actual situation, the Application Center Cluster is introduced, and the advantage of the new solution is obvious by analysis. The experiment shows that the resource occupancy of the server in the new solution is reduced compared to the old ones when the number of concurrent users increases.
