Abstract :
By means of wavelet decomposition and Hilbert envelope spectrum analysis of the examined breakdown vibration signal of high-speed wires finishing mill group, successfully extracted the characteristic information of weak rolling bearings breakdown signal, thus effectively realized the breakdown diagnosis of high-speed wires finishing mill group rolling bearings. It can be proved by field application that the accuracy degree of such kind of examination of the rolling over bearings breakdown of high-speed wires finishing mill group is higher, which also provides foundation for breakdown diagnosis of finishing mill group.
