Abstract :
In this paper, a new dynamic routing algorithm, threshold-based least congestion routing (TLCR), over WDM networks is proposed. In comparison with previous dynamic routing algorithms, TLCR is more flexible and efficient without sacrificing performance in terms of blocking probability.
