Abstract
This paper discusses some new sufficient conditions for the stability of neutral type singular system with mixed delay. The work is done using LMI analysis and Lyapunov approach. By analyzing the stability of the new operator D and the relative system characteristics, we gain the main results of this paper. Furthermore, the stabilizing controller for the neutral type descriptor system are also obtained. The effectiveness of our result can be checked by Matlab LMI toolbox.
