Abstract :
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional Dual-code Network Plan, an improved method based on Program Evolution and Review Technique was proposed. At first, the basic theory about it was introduced. Then a new model was set up. Secondly, an example was given in the management of engineering. Thirdly, the sample was calculated and application result shows that it has effective function in construction field. Compared with the basic dual-code network, the new model can time to change the management of construction site and can be found that his realization of the probability of the size of it so that a reasonable choice for new construction program built timely. This work has significance in theory and practice for the progress control.
