The imperfections of current tax policy has become a constraining bottleneck in the development of China´s logistics industry. This paper analyzes the main problems in the sales tax, value-added tax and land-use tax in China´s logistics industry, estimates the reasonable value of tax burden for China´s logistics industry, and provides the recommendations how to reduce the tax burden of China´s logistics.
