Game Analysis on Engineering Safety Management

The safety management of engineering profession is related closely to the benefit of people. Its accident frequency is high, and after the accident happens, the surface involved is broad, the pecuniary loss is very serious. So safety problems on engineering project are solved urgently. This paper analyses the game course of the government and enterprises, enterprises and staff, and points out the reasons that the power of engineering enterprises implementing safety management is insufficient from the game angle, the size of the profit and cost influences on the result of game, then refers to some policy suggestions.
