Abstract :
Taking Zhengzhou as the study area, this paper do a theoretical analysis on factors affecting the development of intensive land use of highway construction, and select relative indicators to verify different influence using correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that the factors such as the population, GDP, fixed asset investment impact the intensive land use of highway development mostly. Finally, according to the analysis on potential of intensive land use of highway, this paper proposes measures to promote the intensive development of land use of highway construction.
