Abstract
The guide pair is a crucial component for the precision measuring equipment, which vibration resistance characteristics have a significant effect on the guide precision of equipment. In order to better choose the parameters of guide pair in the design process and improve anti vibration dynamic characteristics of the guide pair, we research on the vibration characteristics of uniaxial LM (Linear Motion) rolling guide used in the on-line detection equipment of auto stamping parts, including the forced vibration model of single degree freedom system according to the parameters of rolling guide pair and vibration mode analysis by ADAMS/vibration module software. Finally, we get a prefect design for the guide pair.
