  • Abstract
    This article is describing the type of spares surface of failure and common restore and recreating technology, Covered mold welding Remanufacturing was first put forward, explain its principle and explore process method and application scope. Covered mold welding Remanufacturing is based on the principle of brazing welding and electro slag welding, the method is in the help of the mold which is accorded well with restored spares surface, in induction heating the damage surface of the parts will be filled with deposition to be repaired, at the same time, the shape and size of the surface of cladding layer can be controlled. It is a new Remanufacturing which differs from the traditional technology.
