  • Abstract
Based on building energy-saving current situation and the uncertainty analysis in energy-saving chain management, this paper describes the Leak and Spread Mechanism of Building energy-saving in the process of construction to energy-saving Building, constructs the dynamic expansion model to show the growth and expansion trend of construction energy-saving inappropriate information, presents the information transfer essence in the construction energy-saving chain, and analysis the cause leading to disadvantage performance. At last, the corresponding countermeasures have been put forward.
