Abstract :
The photoelectric properties of a new type of solar cells produced by chemical vapour deposition of carbon onto transition metal Ni and Co are presented. Photoelectric properties occurred when the junctions were exposed to X-ray but values were found to be independent on the type of transition metal used as substrate.
