  • Abstract
    This paper introduced the conflict conception and the theory of inventive problem solving-TRIZ. It analyzed 39 standard parameters of describing technical conflict, 40 inventive principles, techno-conflict and solving matrix and substance-field analytic theory. The research offers a problem-solving process to solve the problem of stocks of supply chain inventory, and uses Substance-Field model and the 76 standard solutions, quotes for the production bottlenecks existed in inventory management of W manufacturing enterprises, proposes the feasible solutions, improves the production performance, developed the application domain of the problem solving using TIRZ tool, enriched the method of the enterprise management.
