  • Abstract
In this paper, based on finite element theory, the key factors of air spring simulation are analyzed. An air spring simulation model is set up by using Rebar element and Fluid element in ABAQUS. The key points for modeling are pointed out by taking an example of 644N air spring. The agreement between the simulation results and the experimental data shows that the air spring simulation method is useful for further study of air springs.
