  • Abstract
    ANITA (Atmospheric-like Neutrons from thIck TArget), a new neutron source for accelerated testing of electronic components and systems for neutron-induced single event effects, has been installed at TSL in Uppsala, Sweden. Results of characterization measurement are reported.
