Abstract :
In this paper the author presents a concrete proof for the validity of the concept of cross-sectional imaging using the Cauchy´s integral formula approach (CIFA). A distribution of a function on the periphery of an analytic domain is used to calculate the function inside it. This concept was extended into a method that used electrostatic power. The method was applied using the values of electrostatic potential at a circular periphery of a famous mathematical model. The results showed a great coincidence between the analytical solution for the electrostatic distribution of the mathematical model and that solution calculated by CIFA technique
