Abstract :
This paper presents an alternative to the source degeneration technique of conventional source-coupled pair. It´s based on transconductance reduction by introducing a multiple inputs floating gate transistor (MIFG-MOS). The improved linear range is obtained without supplementary constraints on voltage supply or common mode operating range. Spice simulation results based BSIM3 Model has shown good agreement with the theory approach.
