  • Abstract
    Because the traditional person-post fit method which considers person as the auxiliary to post becomes more and more unable to meet the need of modern enterprise management, competency model which is called the new basic point of human resource management was introduced into research on person-post fit. On the basis of consulting a lot of relevant reference and investigating of enterprise, it was summarized that characteristics and general process of person-post fit management based on competency model. And TOPSIS was used to evaluate staffpsilas competency for requirements of the posts, and then person-post fit degree could be gotten by further research and empirical analysis. The research result could be used for human resource development, staff training and adjustment of positions, and as the basis of further human resource management activities such as employee recruitment, performance management, and salary distribution and so on.
