Abstract :
Computer simulation of antenna patterns is an important problem for optimization design and simulation analysis of electronic systems. Gaussian beams radiated from complex source points are employed to simulate the antenna patterns, including the sum or difference mainlobe as well as all sidelobes. Three simulation procedures are proposed, i.e. mainlobe matching, peak matching and point matching.
