Abstract :
With the fast development of the construction industry in China, the amount of construction solid waste moves upward, which causes serious environmental pollution. To solve these problems, It is urgent to establish the circular construction products logistics system (CCPLS). One of the key tasks unsolved is how to calculate the economic benefits and environmental benefits of CCPLS. Then in this paper, the property flow, material flow and cash flow models are set up for the CCPLS based. These models can be used to analysis the change of the economic benefits and the environmental benefits before and after the establishment of CPCLS.
