Abstract
Experimenters using NASA´s ACTS satellite will have a need for a small, portable ground terminal. The development of a dual frequency (20,30 GHz) passive array for this application is discussed. The array uses rectangular microstrip patches which produce orthogonal linear polarizations at the two frequencies of interest.
