Abstract
In the industrial complex in Japan, goods and energy are exchanged between plural factories through pipeline. Because the influence from the upstream enterprise is received, the optimized factory operation is fairly difficult. Moreover, oil-price fluctuate according to economical environment induced from demand changes. The mathematical model of the chemical plant is set up. The optimization method for the ethylene plant when there is an influence from the upstream enterprise is designed by using this expression. The method of planning the optimized production plan when demand and price of raw material change is assumed. Numerical experiments are made considering upstream and downstream factories simultaneously.
