  • Abstract
    The dynamic performance and heat dissipation performance of automobile ECU radiator directly decides the working stability to each part of the ECU. In the paper the FE model is set up based on the structure. The steady temperature field and liquid-solid coupling temperature field is analyzed on the basis of ANSYS program of FEM. Tiptop temperature relatively error is 1.4%. Many projects are compared based on heat dissipation performance of ECU radiator. The temperature distribution and heat gradient are calculated. Some conclusions are reached to improve the heat dissipation condition.
