Abstract :
Nowadays explosion of car ownership has wrought gridlocked traffic. So how to improve traffic of city has become the focus of the global concern. The development of cloud computing, internet-of-things, wireless sensor networks and so forth, has opened a new horizon for solving the increasing transportation issue in cities and in highways. We present a novel intelligent internet-of-vehicles administration system, which is featured by low cost, high scalability, environment friendly, high compatibility, easy to upgrade, to replace traditional traffic management system and the proposed system can improve road traffic tremendously.
