Abstract
A digital oscilloscope operating in conjunction with a workstation for control, correction, and mathematical processing has been developed for static converter studies. The authors develop the specifications of the digital oscilloscope for high frequency power electronic applications. Characteristics which may produce inaccuracies are reported. Remedies for the correction of residual errors are presented
