Abstract :
Crane and its industry play a very important role in the national economy. At present, the crane industry developed more and more mature, but the development of crane´s monitoring device is lagging. These factors affect the further improvement of the level of the whole crane industry. At the same time, these factors also lead to the user´s difficult and ineffective management of the crane´s monitor in practice. So there are some security risks during the operation of the crane. In response to this situation, this research, which research object is the hydraulic crane, has analyzed the defect existed in the modeling of the load and torque model of the hydraulic crane at home and abroad. We proposed a new method, which combined the theoretical modeling method and the data analysis modeling method. And on this basis, we have designed the entire crane monitoring system device with the design of its hardware and software. So in this paper, we will research and analyze the concrete realization of the entire equipment in detail.
