Abstract :
The magnetic-source dyadic Green´s function for an infinite-length conducting circular cylinder covered by a dielectric layer for time harmonic fields is solved using the eigenfunction expansion method. The far-field formula for a conducting cylinder is derived by the steepest descent method. The patterns of unit magnetic source in the phi and z directions of the conducting cylinder are calculated.<>
