Abstract :
In the paper, the authors propose a novel algorithm for minimal orthogonal Roesserpsilas model synthesis for a given 2-D FIR lossless transfer function. The algorithm is based on a modification of two stage synthesis approach. It does not require to determine intermediate non-minimal realizations and hard to implement matrix factorization techniques.
