Abstract
A generalised approach to the large-signal/small-signal analysis of mixers with multiple FETs is presented. In both analyses, each FET is characterised as a three port multi-frequency network for maximum generality. A four section monolithic distributed mixer with cascode FETs is analysed and good agreement between measured and calculated results is obtained
