  • Abstract
    The size effect on the phase transition temperature in ADP-KDP-porous glass particles was studied. The results of dielectric measurements in a wide temperature range are presented. It was found that pore size affects the nature of the dielectric anomaly in the vicinity of phase transitions and transitions temperature.
