Abstract
Results of experimental and numerical research of fast discharges in a low-inductive capillary tube with a close placed return coaxial current-carrying conductor are informed. The main attention was given to studying of questions, connected with matching of the processes occurring in a generator of high-voltage pulses, in a transporting line and in a capillary tube. The main purpose of this matching was optimization of transfer and transformation of the energy, focused finally on effective obtain of thermodynamic nonequilibrium plasma.
