Abstract :
A cellular structure is evaluated for a typical indoor wireless communication system by considering two aspects, namely the best possible location of the base station and the cell size. The cellular structure evaluation is studied based on outage probability for various situations. A mathematical model is developed for calculation of outage probability in an indoor environment due to only one interferer considering Rician distributed propagation loss and Rician fading for both desired and interfering signals
