Abstract :
Resource allocation is a crucial issue for end-users. Considering the validity and low latency in economics, the resource allocation is not only constrained within hardware and software services. It may treat different business objectives from a service science perspective. In this paper, we proposed an intelligent tool model, including a service-oriented pricing model and the resource allocation algorithm. We define an algorithm for a resource provider to allocate an arrived job, to make the cost payments and settlements based on the services received. The computer loads are efficiently distributed by varying prices.
