Abstract :
The optimization modeles of production decision are established based on the production management levels. The production decision modeles are divided as distributed production decision, integrated production decision, product master production decision and shop floor decision. Top-down and level by level, each optimization model of production decision is constructed with the linear programming method and according to its optimized object. The output of preceding level is used as the input of next level behind it. MATLAB and EXCEL are used in order to complete the solution of production decisions. It is greatly enhanced that the enterprise quick response ability of changes of market needs and manufacturing resources. And it is reduced that the labor intensity of production decisions.
