Abstract :
To realize dynamic gas pressure control of vacuum testing system, a design method of fuzzy controller based on parameters self-adjustment (PSAFC) is presented, which utilizes the parameters adjustment fuzzy controller (PAFC) to automatically adjust the quantification factors and proportion factor of the basic fuzzy controller (BFC) online. So that it improves the control performance of the BFC to any set gas pressure. Furthermore, the Counter is also introduced in order to eliminate system´s continual oscillation. The experiment results show that it has a better controlling effect and basically solves 10~500 Pa dynamic gas pressure control problem of the vacuum testing environment.
