Abstract :
In this paper, robust stability criteria are considered for linear time-invariant systems with time-delay and structured constant uncertainties. Using a parameter-dependent Lyapunov functional, new delay-independent and delay-dependent robust stability criteria are presented. It is shown, using several numerical examples, that the criteria suggested in this paper are less conservative than existing criteria derived from conventional parameter-independent Lyapunov approaches
