Abstract :
A unified optimality-based framework is developed to address the problem of nonlinear-nonquadratic discrete time systems with bounded exogeneous disturbances. Specifically, a nonlinear discrete time system with bounded input disturbances and a nonlinear nonquadratic performance functional evaluated over the infinite horizon is considered. The performance functional is then evaluated in terms of a Lyapunov function to guarantee stability and dissipativity with respect to general supply rates
