  • Abstract
    In this paper, we present the field test results of a transmitter identification (TxID) based low-rate additional data transmission system conducted in Jeju island, South Korea, and analyze the results in different scenarios. Based on the field test, we verify that the TxID based low-rate data transmission scheme can provide an additional reliable communication link supporting up to 160 bps data rate, which is at least 13 dB robust compared to the conventional DTV system.
